1. Services
Smith Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services for residential customers in San Diego and Orange County, California. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of high-end kitchen appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, and other premium brands.
2. Service Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (858) 251-7380 or through our online booking system.
- A diagnostic service call fee of $89 applies to all appointments.
- The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
- We strive to offer same-day service when possible, subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All repair quotes are provided upfront before work begins.
- We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.
- A 2.9% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
4. Warranty
- All repairs include a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
- Sealed system repairs may include extended warranties up to 5 years.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Parts
We use only genuine, factory-approved OEM parts for all repairs. We do not use aftermarket or refurbished parts unless specifically requested and agreed upon by the customer.
6. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee for future appointments.
7. Liability
Smith Appliance Repair is fully licensed (License #A50441) and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to our repair work.
