Oven igniter glowing but not lighting
The classic fault on this line. A glow-bar igniter weakens long before it dies: the glow remains while the current behind it falls under what the gas valve needs. Lighting takes longer each week, then stops.
Door sagging or not sealing
These doors are heavy and their hinges and springs eventually give. A door that no longer seals costs temperature, browning and gas — a hardware repair, not an electronics one.
